Throughout your life advance daily, becoming more skillful than yesterday, more skillful than today. This is never ending.

Over the past 10-12 years I've treated my body like hell and I've recently felt the need to change that. I'd like to be able to play more with my kids, I'd like to wake up in the morning not feeling like shit, I'd like to lose my stomach and get stronger. I believe that exercising regularly and losing fat will help me sleep better and give me more energy to be able to do more things with my kids.
Starting after the first of the year, I will be implementing a new workout regime and taking steps to improve my diet. I read an article called The Kaizen Principle: Constant, Continual Improvement by Nate Miyaki and liked the idea of continual improvement so I am hoping to find a workout that embraces that principle. I will be sharing my plan later once I finalize some of the details.
On the blog I plan on sharing pictures showing progress, bi-monthly measurement updates, workout details and articles I find insightful or helpful.
Here's to the beginning of the journey that will lead me to being better today than I was yesterday and being better tomorrow than I am today.
